Christmas presents and birthday trees and dancing feet
Haven turns 3 Dec. 23rd. Her Tulsa Grandparents came to celebrate. They brought a yummy birthday cake and presents for all 3 kids.
Mommy and Daddy started Haven's birthday tree tradition. Each year Haven will get to decorate her very own tree. She is very into pink this year so that's what most of her ornaments are. We can't wait to see what other birthday ornaments she gets this year and the years to come.
The kids also got Christmas presents. Elam really loved his.
He wants to be big so he doesn't lean back in his bouncy chair anymore, he sits up.
Merry Christmas!!
We had a very busy day. That afternoon was dance class. It was parent observation day, so Andrew came and watched. He took a few pics with his camera, so they are a little fuzzy.
Gibson and Haven in first position. Haven skipping. Gibson running over a classmate
We do a scripture song, "Encourage one another and build each other up. (don't tear eachother down) This is Gibson going down, down, down, down............
After dance we had a yummy Christmas dinner with Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt Norma. The kids got to open more presents.

Cute shepherd AND the cutest donkey plus cute nap photots
Gibson's part of the CDO program was performed again this past Sunday as an intro to St. Marks Christmas musical. As a bonus Haven was allowed to dress in an extra donkey costume and go on stage.
This is her Eeyore face.
Here are a few pre-nap time pictures. (and, no, no naps were taken on this day)

Santa picture (with out mom!!)
This is the first time in a while that I didn't have to be in the Santa picture. All three of my kiddos were happy and Santa was really sweet. He asked them if they had been good and if they had picked up their toys.
Tonight was Gibson and Haven's Christmas program. They go to St. Marks every Thursday for Children's Day Out. When I first signed them up for CDO the director mentioned the Christmas program to me. She said it was very special and she was right.
Now, my faithful Blog readers will remember that Thanksgiving 2005 was Gibson's first singing debut. I wrote about it so everyone would know that he was scared and ran off stage. Well since then he has been off and on with his performances. Tonight he was a different boy. He sang and danced and said his line perfectly. Haven was beautiful. We bought her a special dress and new shoes. She was very shy, but stayed up on stage. Here are some pics of Haven in her dress and Gibson dressed as a shepherd and YES, I have lots of video for everyone to see when they come and visit.
She's not upset..... she's just making a silly face.
The cutest shepherd in the whole show!
Elam enjoyed the program.
One of the reasons Gibson was ready to perform was because he has made his first best friend at CDO. His name is Brady.

Thanksgiving and snow!
Eating at Uncle Stan's house with lots of family.
Everyone wore Bronco stuff b/c of the game later that day. Don't ask about the results of that game.
A little magic show by some unknown cousin.
Playing football with another random cousin. (See Haven's cute cheerleader outfit.) Gibson doesn't have any Bronco stuff that fits, but he did wear blue and orange. (I didn't have to wear any!)
Now for our snow day
All bundled up

(you have to admit she's pretty darn cute)
