mom my and her "words"

My mom's favorite color is RED, so in honor of her I will use red letters.

My mom has an intresting way of speaking. Sometimes, she makes up words.

A few weekends ago, my mom was nice enough to drive all the way from Arkansas to bring me an old refridgerator they no longer needed. The name brand is ARMANA. My mom let me know that she had all the paper work for the AMANDA refridgerator she was bringing me.

She also mentioned that she had a Dummy to help unload the refridgerator. Thankfully she wasn't talking about my sister, but instead she was talking about a DOLLY!

After she left, I had several words of hers I was going to talk about. Unfortunately, I am my mother's daughter, and............... I can't remember the other words!! (One of the reasons I started this blog was so I could write down funny things before I forget them!!) I guess I waited to long. Oh well.

Yesterday was my dad's birthday. I love to hear him talk too! If you've never gotten to hear my dad talk I hope you will someday. It's great. (He's from Switzerland for those who don't know)

Sunday is Gibson's singing debut. His preschool choir will be singing after church. I will probably cry. (I used to hate when my family got emotional for my events and now I do the same thing!)

Other events:

We think we are closing on the house Tuesday.

Then it's Thanksgiving. We are going to Tulsa.

Then, it's time for programs at church. I'm in charge of the choreography for the Christmas production. It's been fun, but I'll be glad when it's over.

Well, I hope you enjoyed all the info. :) I'll post pictures of Gibson singing after Sunday!

Haven likes to help her daddy. She is also great at cleaning up. Gibson takes after his daddy when it comes to cleaning.

I had a helper like that once. It wasn't Andrew. :) Sure wish I could hear Gibson's choir. Do you have a video camera to record it?

My dad came over to fix my dryer (Daniel isn't the fix it type). My dryer is an Amana....he called it Amanda also. I'm glad to see he's not the only one who likes to personalize appliances. Amanda makes it sound like it's a part of the family instead of just a regular old appliance. :)

It's having a loving family around me that strives to keep me straight and upright :-)that makes life worthwhile. Otherwise I would be unleashed upon this world!
